Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times

• Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped on the same day.
• The average delivery time is 1-3 business days.
• No shipping is done on weekends and public holidays.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free for orders 3.000₺ and above.

Shipping Carrier

Your shipments are sent via Yurtiçi Kargo or MNG Kargo. The tracking number will be sent by e-mail after the order is completed.

⚠️ Imported Product Delivery Time

The delivery time for imported products specially brought from abroad may vary between 13 and 50 days. These products are subject to international shipping processes and are therefore outside the scope of standard delivery guarantee. Return Process

You can request a return within 7 days from the delivery date. To request a return, contact yildirimkahveci35@gmail.com with your order number.
